At the foot of the blue Beauregard slope 50 meters away (connection with the entire area) and hiking trail departures (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the ARAVIS mountain range and the village. Quiet. Bus route nearby.

Appartement très bien équipé avec garage. Un peu loin du centre à pieds mais accès aux pistes à une centaine de mètres avec arrivée aux caisses des remontées mécaniques. Passage d'une navette gratuite.

Une magnifique vue sur la clusaz, pas tres loin du centre mais sportif pour y aller car en hauteur. Départ et retour pratiquement ski aux pieds, tres bon niveau d’equipement
