Close to shops, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink open in winter. 300 meters from alpine ski departures (Champ Giguet) and ESF but also cross-country skiing (thanks to the Beauregard cable car). Beautiful view of the village and mountains.
ENTRANCE HALL: 5.02 m2 (tiled floor) a few steps leading to the living room, closet,
CABIN: 4.30 m2 (parquet floor) 2 single beds (80) bunk beds (forbidden for children under 6), north window,
BATHROOM: 3.32 m2, a sink with low cabinet, a shower, toilet,
DINING ROOM: 17.34 m2 (parquet floor) 1 convertible click-clack 2 persons (140), television, large bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony terrace of 6.48 m2, beautiful view of the village and slopes,
KITCHEN AREA: 3.20 m2 (tiled floor) sink, 4 vitroceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with 237 L freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen items
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
