Cottage located in a quiet alley, 30 meters from the beaches and 1 km from all shops and restaurants. Enclosed, flower-filled courtyard of 150 m² with a storage shed. Fishing equipment available.

Single floor: living/dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2: 1 double bed 140x190 cm), shower room and separate WC (one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and WC).

Additional amenities: freezer, cot/high chair on request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: electricity, bed linen.

Not included: gas heating (€11/day), towels/household linen, and tourist tax.
Pornic is 7 km away. Ideal location for shellfish gathering. Non-smoking cottage. Cleaning option: €65.
