It is 200 m from the sea, 150 m from the centre of Fromentine and 350 m from the main beach.

It has two terraces, one facing south and the other north!

The holiday rental comprises:

Ground floor:
- A living room with through light thanks to the two terraces, furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a large television, a hi-fi system, and its kitchenette.
- A fitted kitchen with gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, table and four chairs.
- New bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, mirror and storage space.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: bed 140x190 (duvet + square pillows) with wardrobe, rattan armchair
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190 (duvet + square pillows), with wardrobe
- A [hidden] area separates the two bedrooms on the first floor.

The exterior is organised as follows
- A south-facing terrace: the car can be brought inside, and there is a small garden table, two chairs and a parasol. The recycling bins are also located on this side.
- A north-facing terrace with a table and 4 chairs, a gas barbecue, two sun loungers and a game board, parasol. Pleasant terrace out of sight.
- A parking card is available for parking in the town of Fromentine, provided by the owners.

Pets are not allowed.
