Located in a privileged setting, on the heights of Montgó, VORAMAR is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility, nature, and unparalleled views of Cala Montgó.

Built on a sloping plot, this cozy 109 m² house is distributed over three levels:

First, at street level, you will find a private garage, ideal for added convenience and storage.

Then, a staircase leads to the entrance door. Upon entering the house, a hallway distributes the rooms. On the right, there is a first bedroom with two single beds. On the left, the bathroom, equipped with a shower (currently being renovated), followed by a second bedroom with a single bed, and at the end, a third bedroom with a double bed.

On the upper floor, the heart of the house: an open space where the equipped kitchen (under renovation), the living room, and the dining area blend seamlessly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

From here, you can access the main terrace, a charming south-facing spot where you can relax, spend time with family, and enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and Mediterranean landscape.
