This carefully designed 100m² house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, guaranteeing unforgettable moments of sharing. You can walk to the nearby beaches, a ten-minute walk will be enough to reach the Thibaudière beach, but you can also walk to the Saint Jean beach. But don't forget to take your bike and set off to explore the island and salt marshes.



Enter the accommodation and discover a beautiful living space with a lounge featuring a comfortable sofa, a television, a pellet stove (with pellets available) ideal for cooler evenings, and a dining area with a beautiful table that can accommodate 8 people. An open kitchen is located right next to it and is fully equipped, perfect for family meals. It is equipped with modern appliances: a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster and will allow you to prepare delicious meals.



Regarding bedrooms, the house has 3: a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a second bedroom also with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and one with bunk beds, therefore four single beds (80x200).
