We had a beautiful few days here! The yard is big and lots of space for hanging out outdoors! We had a bbq, which was great, and it was a little chilly but there was a fireplace inside and heaters in the rooms, so that was no problem! We didn’t have a car but the grocery store in not far to walk and had everything we needed. There is also a pharmacy, a hardware store and some restaurants near the grocery store. We took a taxi from the train station in Ametlla de Mar. It was not far by car, but you have to book the taxis at least a day in advance because there are not many. Ask Giordano for the taxi phone number. You can whatsapp the driver. Giordano was very helpful, and it is a beautiful, comfortable, great place to stay! We also had some beautiful walks down to Cala Born and Cala Sant Jordi, and in the area. Great place away from the hustle and bustle of the city if you are looking for calm and relaxation! I wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a lovely house to stay in with everything you need, the garden area is lovely too and very well maintained. We had our small dog with us and it was great for him too. It is very clean and the owners are extremely nice people! We will certainly go again and thoroughly recommend it.

Charming and comfortable house.

The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished, and actually larger than we had imagined. The garden is entirely closed and private. As we came in March we didn't expect to use the pool, but can imagine that in warm weather it's delightful. Giordano is charming also.

STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL

You wont find a more stunning property, this is my 3rd year in a row staying at this Villa for our family holiday, why? Because everything is perfect, the villa has everything you could want, with the new globe over the pool the water was a lovely 32c you can swim or dip knowing its not cold no more shivering ! Even if its been a cold day the pool is always going to be warm, we did not need it uncovered the whole 2 weeks so it stayed warm always. The location is so quiet and beautiful, use google maps to find the local parks a mere 10 min walk to local kids park. The owners are so nice and professional anything you need you can ask, they take great care of the villa. I have zero faults to give, i am a very happy returning customer, the villa is home from home, i take care of if like i would my own home, its clean, spacious, airy, well decorated, minimal, has everything from wifi, smart tv, kettle, iron, washing machine (the best) comfy beds, fridge and freezer, oven and electric hob, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen all perfect. The garden and outdoor area is the place you will spend most of the time and the owners have done a magnificent job on the landscape, the sandpit perfect for my kids age 5 and 3, the pool perfect, the bbq area perfect. Research the are before you come, you will need a car, goldcar are best hire company. L'hospitalet de la infant have great market on sundays. La pineda salou great tourist town, aquapolis watepark is good fun too, nice restaurants recommend The Waterfront. L'amettla town is lovely and quaint too. Bar ancla do great coffee and wifi too. Mercadona supermarket on tv-3025 sell everything you need. This Villa is perfect in tres cales i highly recommend it for families and couples. I will be returning :-) thank you Giordano and Ana and Luca for a fabulous Villa. Gracias.

This is my 2nd year in a row staying at this villa, and theres a reason because its absolutely perfect! There is nothing to fault, the villa is spotless, the garden is pristine perfect, the location is perfect, my family and i stayed for 2 weeks same time as year before first 2 weeks of May, me and my husband and 3 children age 12, 4 & 2 and they couldnt be happier so entertained, from the pool to the bowls sandpit to them just a giant sandpit :-). The villa is well equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, table ware, smart tv, wifi, bedding, travel cot, hi chair, outdoor equipment, sun loungers and mattresses, radio, flaix fm our fav 102.9 i think ping pong table is a fab piece. Bathrooms both perfect again, bedrooms ideal for 2 weeks, with a car all amenities are easy to get to, we are regular tourists here so know the area well, but even if ur not its still pretty easy to get around. Food to buy is easy most is understandable, great restaurant at tres cales shops called QK bar english owners they do the best burger :-) pharmacy speak good english to help. The beaches are fab, but with the pool we stayed in a lot, giordano and ana are perfect home owners and very accomodating and nice and will meet your needs where needed :-) i already cant wait to return for 2019. This villa is perfect for families and couples ok for small groups on a self catering holiday, you wont be disappointed this is a superb property very private no overlooking properties or public to nose in on you, the area is quiet too. We stayed in this Villa last May! The Villa itself is perfect for a ‘getaway from it all holiday’ very private and secluded, ideal for both Families and couples! The price for this Villa is amazing for what it offers, we did not want for nothing as the Villa was equipped with everything you needed! The grounds and outdoor area were just beautiful.... the pictures really do not do the Villa justice! You will need a car to get here as the complex facilities are a 10/15 minutes walk where you will find a few bar/eateries and a small shop.... the local supermarket is around a 5 minutes drive down the main dual carriageway and the local town about 10 minutes! This didn’t put us off though as the Villa was so beautiful we wanted to spend all of our time there! The hosts were also amazing, they met us on arrival and didn’t complain that we were a little late 😁 I would definitely stay here again, the only tiniest fault that I could pic was that the pool was not heated but due to the time of year we stayed it hadn’t had time to heat up yet so we didn’t spend much time in there! Thanks again for a wonderful stay we have recommended you to all of our family and friends! Villa holidays are definitely the way forward and if your looking for the first time this one will definitely not disappoint 😁

Very good, shame about the weather, but that's February. The owners were great and helpful.

This villa is well appointed, with all you may need. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. I was unfortunate with the weather, so could not use the pool. As I took my two dogs with me I found that it was great for beach and coastal walks as there are no restrictions on dogs at this time of year. I hope to go back later this year or at the same time next year for a great relaxing holiday. Thank you Anna and family. Best Regards Allen

FANTASTIC & STUNNING LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL VILLA

Absolutely stunning property rental thoroughly enjoyed for 2 weeks in May 2017 with my husband & 3 children age 11, 3, 1yr, the house is beautiful inside and out, was well equipped with all you could need and more for a holiday and longer, the house is spacious, light and clean throughout. the bedrooms were perfect with built in cupboards filled with all bedding and towels needed etc. One en-suite with bath & shower toilet and bidet, with light up mirror perfect for wifey. kids love a bath too. second bathroom had just been refitted in a very nice up to date shower room, the shower was amazing one of the best showers ive ever had with a rainforest shower head lovely! the living space is perfect, with a highchair & travel cot, the tv was a great distraction for the kids when inside with the disney channel and music channels etc easy to use and to watch films on. kitchen well equipped again, the latest coffee machine also runs as a hot water dispenser so thats the kettle sorted, fridge nice size, cupboards all equipped with plates and cutlery, tea towels and more. there is a microwave, oven easy to use and a dishwasher. what was also great was the laundy room with a fab washing machine. The best part about this villa is by far the grounds, they are so well presented the owner takes real care of it, with landscaped greenery all around and beautiful planted plants and trees. at night the grass is watered so its always kept fresh. The Pool is lush the steps in & the length is ideal for lengths kids loved the pool, very deep at deepend! the BBQ area again is superb with outdoor seating not used by me, radio & outdoor lights sets the scene in the evening. a great hammock, and also a newly installed bowls sandpit, of course kids used it as a sand play pit than bowls :-) there is a washing line to rear of house can get so much washing done and dried in the space of a few hours. the outside is fenced of so you have total privacy noone to look in etc. the grass is soo soft to walk on also better than UK grass. I absolutely loved staying here and will most definitely book again for my next holiday, the owners are very welcoming, nice & helpful. the house is simple fantstic you wont be dissapointed, there are sun loungers with mattresses to lay on which were very comfortable. there is also a fab ping pong table to play on great fun. i left some toys behind from my kids also. the doors also have mossie nets so can have a door open without letting bugs in 5****

Wir hatten wirklich eine supertolle und sehr erholsame Woche.Die Location hat zu 100 % der Beschreibung entsprochen - alles war topp sauber - der Pool mit dem der neugestalteten Poolbereich und die gesamte Anlage waren der Hammer.Die Lage der Villa ist klasse, sehr ruhig und nicht mitten im Ort - wir und unsere Vierbeiner haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.Natürlich nicht zu vergessen - Giordano war immer super nett und hilfsbereit.Wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen wir bestimmt wieder :-)Dietmar & Daniela

Nous avons été 4 adultes à séjourner 2 semaines dans cette magnifique location.Tous les équipements nécessaires en cuisine et en extérieur sont présents. Nous avons profité de la piscine et des bains de soleil tous les jours.Le terrain de boules nous a aussi permis de passer de bons moments entre amis. Giordano, le propriétaire est très accueillant et vous fait la visite des lieux à votre arrivée. Espace extérieur très très bien entretenu et intérieur de la maison très propre. Tout était parfait et conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Merci beaucoup Giordano pour nous avoir permis de passer d'excellentes vacances.

La machine à café non pratique pour faire une grande quantité à la fois. Seulement 2 bain de soleil pres de la piscine, alors que nous etions 4 adultes. Seulement 2 grands draps de bain et 3 petites serviettes au total L'ideal 1 grand drap de bain + 1 petite serviette chacun. Sinon maison tres propre et jardin tres bien entretenu.

Das Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem schönen Wintergarten , einem gemütlichen, klimatisierten Wohn- Esszimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche , einem Bad mit Dusche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Bidet, und zwei Schlafzimmern. In der großzügigen und gepflegten Aussenanlage mit Palmen befindet sich ein überdachter Pool mit Aussendusche, eine Aussenküche mit Grillkamin, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Sitzgruppe. Ausserdem gibt es einen Stellplatz für ein Auto und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Bügelequipment. Darüber hinaus ist eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Trampolin, eine Boulebahn und eine Hängematte vorhanden. Der Besitzer Giordano war sehr herzlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. In der Nähe gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants. Der örtliche Strand ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Im näheren Umfeld gibt es noch einige andere schöne Strände. Alles in allem haben wir eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit in einer herrlichen Umgebung genossen. Das Anwesen war rundherum sehr sauber und gepflegt, es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons séjourné chez Giordano 2 semaines en juillet et avons passé un super séjour. La maison possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous l'avons trouvé bien mieux qu'en photo. Elle est très bien équipée. En ce qui concerne l'extérieur, les enfants ont eu beaucoup d espace pour s'amuser. Aucun vis à vis, la piscine est suffisamment grande pour une famille (nous étions 5), l'eau est bien chaude. Giordano s est rendu disponible à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, il a été vraiment très gentil. Allez y les yeux fermés.

La casa es impresionante, con todo tipo de detalles para sentirte como en casa. El jardín precioso y súper cuidado. La limpieza de la casa excelente. Tranquilidad y muy cerca de calas preciosas. Georgiano muy amable y facilitador. No se puede pedir mas.
