Our favorite room in our entire stay in Japan! It was spacious - definitely plenty of room for our family of three (2 adults, 1 toddler).having a washer / dryer in room was a definite plus! The staff was so welcoming - Japanese hospitality at its finest. They were so eager to help & answer all our questions - made it so easy / simple despite our language barriers. I think the hotel was so new the beds were still definitely on the more firm side! But the entire stay was cozy and the perfect place to unwind after long days of walking! Would stay again!

The property was close to train lines and convenience stores. We walked to Nishiki Market within 10-15 minutes and there were several small shops to enjoy along the way. Thereโ€™s also a small but very nice shopping center a block away with interesting shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Liked having their free coffee downstairs in the lobby and took advantage of their amenities drawers at check-in.
