Hotel was relatively new but hard to locate the hotel & far from the main attractions. Pyjamas, comb & other toiletries was not provided too. Far from metro station & aircon was too noisy.

　新しいこともあり、清潔。部屋も外国のゲストが対象なのか広めで快適でした。が、それだけです。他の口コミを見て決めたのですが、対応が良いわけでもなく、アジア系の従業員は言葉が堪能ではなくて、なかなか意思疎通もできない。この従業員が悪い訳ではありません。一生懸命対応してくれていたので。その人を一人で対応させる責任者の問題です。連泊でしたが、2日目に観光から帰ったら、フロントから丸見えの食堂入り口で責任者と思しき人が携帯で会話。その夜9時過ぎに、いきなりドアノブがガチャガチャしたと思ったら、ノック。何事かと思いつつドアスコープから覗いてみるとアジア系の従業員。よくわからないので開けないことを伝えましたが、くつろいでいるところにいきなりの出来事で不愉快でした。　電車の駅もバス停も中々な距離があり、ホテルを拠点にして動くには不便です。もうこのホテルを使うことはないでしょう

여기, 놓치지 마세요!!

오픈한 지 1개월 남짓 된 호텔이라 건물과 시설, 모든 집기들이 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 시조 역에서 도보로 10분 이내, 50번 버스 정류장도 가까이 있어 교토역으로 이동하기도 편리했습니다. 택시를 이용할 경우 1000~1500엔 전후의 요금이면 관광지까지 이동 가능합니다. 조용한 주택가에 위치해 있지만 깨끗하고 안전했으며, 주변에 편의점도 있어서 필요한 건 그때그때 쇼핑이 가능했습니다. 로비에 신발장이 있어 슬리퍼로 갈아신도록 되어있는 것이 특이했는데 조금 번거로울 수도 있지만 바닥이 청결하게 관리될 수 있으니 좋았습니다. 디럭스 트윈룸과 쿼드러플룸에서 숙박했는데 여타 다른 일본의 호텔들과는 달리 룸이나 화장실이 넓었습니다. 특히 쿼드러플룸은 화장실과 욕실이 따로 나눠져 있고, 세면대와 샤워공간도 구분되어 있어서 더 좋았습니다. 쿼드러플룸은 2개의 더블베드와 2벌의 요 이부자리가 준비돼 있는데, 더블베드가 넉넉해서 4명이 사용해도 될 정도였습니다. 요 이부자리도 푹신하고 깨끗하여 불편함이 없었습니다. 일찍 도착했는데 먼저 체크인해주셔서 감사했습니다. 체크아웃은 11시고, 1시간 연장할 때마다 1000엔의 추가요금이 있었습니다. 인원수에 맞게 무료 생수가 제공되고, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디클린저, 스폰지, 일회용 치약/칫솔을 사용할 수 있었습니다. (바디로션, 빗은 없음). 방에 핸디가 있었는데 사용해보진 않았습니다. 아직 새호텔이라 그렇겠지만 지금의 청결함과 깔끔함을 계속 유지해주신다면 더 바랄 게 없이 좋겠습니다. 생긴 지 얼마 되지않은 호텔이라 택시 기사님들이 위치를 잘 모르십니다. 택시로 이동할 때는 도로명이 적혀있는 약도나 호텔주소를 미리 준비하시는 것이 좋습니다. 조식당이 아직 오픈되지 않아 호텔 주변에서 아침식사를 해결해야 합니다. 하지만 주변에 일찍 문여는 오반자이 식당이나 카페도 많고, 특히 Eggs n things 강력 추천합니다!! 볼 수 있는 TV 채널이 적습니다. 창문에 블라인드가 있는 것을 늦게 알았습니다. 4시부터 바깥이 밝아지는지라 블라인드가 있는 걸 미리 알았더라면 좀 더 숙면을 취할 수 있었을텐데 아쉬웠네요. 직원분들은 매우 친절하시지만 컨시어지 서비스에 대한 능숙함(주변의 식당이나 관광지에 대한 정보)이 더해지면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 위에 나열한 것들은 호텔에 대한 불만사항이 아니라 참고가 되고자 적은 것입니다. 정말 만족한 숙소였고, 머지않아 입소문이 나서 교토에서 예약하기 힘든 호텔 중 하나가 되지 않을까 싶네요.

お部屋はとても綺麗でスタッフの方も話しかけてくれてとても素敵な施設だと思いました。自動販売機が1つでもあるとより、素晴らしくなると思いました。

立地もよく、コンビニやコインランドリーなど、長期滞在にも向いていると思った。ただ、京都ならではだが、方向をわかっていないと迷いそうな、周りに特徴的な建物などはない場所だった。オープン仕立てということで、全てきれいだった。新しいからか、洗面所の木製のコップはオシャレで割れないので素敵だが、ちょっと木の香りがきつかった。お風呂もシャワーも使いやすく、排水も速いのて良かった。フロントの(研修中ではない)女性がとてもにこやかで、色々対応してくださり、快適に過ごせた。スタンダードツインに夫婦、息子と泊まったが、ベッドが低く、並んで置いてあるので、添い寝でも問題なかった。
