オーナーさんにお電話した時はとても良い対応でした。しかし、宿に到着してから色々と問題が発生した時に、電話がつながらず、とても困ってしまいました。最初の電話の時にオーナーさんから直接の電話番号をお聞きしたのですが、電話番号を無くしてしまった当方も悪いのですが。。。ダブルブッキングだったらしく、入浴中にもう一組の方が入ってこられて、あたふたしました。初めから鍵がなくおかしいと思っていたのですが、その方が持っていたみたいです。オーナーさんに連絡を取ることにかなりの時間を費やし、ちょっと疲れましたね。。最終的には、もう一組の方が鍵を置いて行ってくれたのでよかったのですが。。。お正月でバタバタされてたのでしょうね。。記憶に残る旅行になりました。笑
