Updated older hotel, but very well kept hotel with good sized rooms. Buffet breakfast is excellent. There is a 7-11 across the street and restaurants and shops, including a supermarket (Fresco) all around the hotel. It is only a few blocks from two MRT lines. Staff were friendly and offered excellent service.

The room is spacious for Japanese standards, clean and the hotel has good amenities. I used the public bath and it was very clean and relaxing . Will definitely recommend.

The hotel was a bit dated. We had 2 rooms: A room with 4 beds and a room with 2 beds. The room with 4 beds was spacious but we think there was a flea infestation. We ended up with bites all over our ankles and knees. They placed our rooms on the same floor but one they were literally on the opposite sides of the building. This made it difficult for my elderly parents. The breakfast buffet was ok, but honestly very similar to the breakfast buffet we had at our hotel in Tokyo. The main reason we gave this hotel 3 stars and not less is because there was a very nice lady at the front desk that was very knowledgeable and helped us with shipping our luggage, Nozawa. The rest of the staff we encountered at the front desk (mostly young ladies) were not very helpful or as knowledgeable.

While the property was lovely, the bedding (mattress and pillows) were quite uncomfortable. Making for a restless nights sleep. The breakfast offering was not great value. Plus the Laundry with only 2x washers and 2 x dryers was i adequate for the number of guests who wish to use it.

In a very good location ,only few minutes to subway station . Japanese public bath was very good , again rooms are very small . Breakfast was good expect the scrambled eggs was very runny and when one guest complained there would not offer to make it again . This seems to a pattern in all hotel when it comes to scrambled eggs we found .
