Overall my best stay in Japan, staying in budget friendly option, the only one, I would strongly sugest to stay on. There is a nearby bus stop, that can take you to most places in Kyoto within a 30 mins time. 24/7 front desk staff that was so helpful, you can wash for 300 yens and dry your close in the hotel for 100 yens. Best value. I would stay here again.

It’s the only place in Japan that I am giving a low rating. It felt like everything I asked the answer was No. why cannot they keep the luggage for a few hours after checkout? It’s done pretty much everywhere else. The room itself was fine but the service was so so.

I had a small single bed room which im fine with but if you are a large person or dont like small smaces...dont get the budget room. I absolutely enjoyed it. Staff was fantastic, room was clean and its a very nice neighborhood in the center of all the adventures.

Stay was fine, staff were helpful. Good amenities and easy check in. Got a huge shock when I went to use the power point behind the desk- caked up in so much dust, the same under the bed and behind the TV, and on the appliances and chair in the room. Used the laundry and the same- dryers had dust spilling from the top of the machine. The place is fine, but they need to do regular deep cleaning, was crazy how much dust was caked up in these areas.
