The staff were really helpful. The location is close to Kyoto station and a metro line and easily walkable to the more touristy bits. The deluxe room upgrade one day was worth it but normal room was also great

The man who helped us check in was so kind and hospitable. He helped us bring our luggage to the room and was so sweet. The room was so clean. Would definitely stay there again!

This property is a renovated property. The interior is modern and spacious enough. Pros Spacious modern room with American style modern bathroom Free amenities like toothbrush, slippers etc Female night staff friendly and helpful with questions Cons NO WIFI!! In the room Location is far from food and laundry Far from transportation No coffee machine in room No late check out option you have to pay even if it’s 30 mins?!! No daily cleaning 3rd floor hallway smells

Probably one of my favorite hotels in Kyoto. It’s one stop away from Kyoto Station so isn’t too crowded or busy in the area. This hotel is recently renovated and comes with a modern finish. I loved that the room was big and the bathroom was super stylish. The staff was super nice too and very happy to help. 10/10 would rent again.

Este viaje estuvimos usando varios hospedajes y este es el que mas me gusto de todos, la atencion del personal en especial del Sr Fukuda fue muy buena, estamos muy agradecidos y tengan por seguro que en futuros viajes consideraremos volver a hospedarnos con ustedes. 部屋は広く清潔で使い勝手が良かったです。 お風呂が広くて綺麗なのが大満足でした。 他の部屋からの騒音はそんなにしなかったです。 椅子を引く音には注意です。他の部屋に響きます。 駅から少し歩きますが、わかり易い場所なので迷いませんでした。
