Wanted to extend our stay another night so guy at front desk told us to do it online, the next day they made us check out at 10 and we’re not able to check back in til 3 even though we followed the instructions to do it online. If we knew the inconvenience it would cause we would have had the guy just extend it for us but it wasn’t relayed to us that we would have to check out. Lady as the desk was not friendly or helpful or understanding of the situation. Customer service and communication sucks. On top of that we had to pay extra so we could have a later check out on the day that we extended. Take your money somewhere else where the business cares about helping rectifying issues that the staff themselves caused.

The Hotel room was clean, good and comfortable but the carpet on the coridors were very dirty and stainy. The problem for me was the Japanese receptionists were not speaking English and not helpful at all. There was also not even one English channel on TV. So I just had to watch something on my mobile phone which is not comfortable and healthy for your eyes. The Area of the Hotel was good and near everything you needed.

The staff were unhelpful and didn’t care that we had been rained on and soaking wet to let us check in early so we sat for 2hrs in wet clothes while they held our luggage. The power points were all over the room except for next to the beds where you would expect. Also the entire hotel smelt of cigarettes with no amenities. Would not stay again!
