Disappointed

Baseline unit is not clean It’s a good size and location is Ok but host is non responsive I checked in and the place was simply not clean Aircon vents were filthy : dust everywhere and NO cleaning equipment provided No detergent for the washing machine No cleaning materials for the kitchen Nothing to sweep floors and when I asked NO solutions offered. Really disappointing
Stayed 29 nights in Jan 2025
