This apartment was absolutely incredible. Everything about it was perfect. Communication was good, the apartment was clean, and it looked like the pictures. It was unbelievable how perfect the stay was. The staff was very nice and helpful. I plan on visiting Kiev again next year and I hope these apartments will be available again.

Dorset time to Kiev and we we so pleased with our stay. Communication with he hotel owner started a week prior. Arranged airport transfer to hotel. Our driver, Pavel, was so friendly and informative. He even returned us to airport at 3am, following our visit! Thank you Pavel!!. Hotel was spacious and clean. We weee on third floor and open windows provided comfortable breeze during stay. Unit had an a/c unit but we never turned it in. Kitchen was small but fully stocked with utensils. 2 blocks walk from the fan zone area in Indepemdence Square. Many restaurants within walking distance and security presence made my daughter feel safe. Huge 6-story indoor mall was about a mile walk away. A beautiful city with many beautiful architecture and places to eat and shop. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Rudy and Miranda- Texas, US

Location was good.

Apartment was not same as we saw in pictures so we did not stay in apartment and we requested for refund.staff was very friendly and helpful and they refund us our money.

Very good location and amenities

This is a self service apartment for a budget traveler. As such it is no frills but very suitable for short or long stays. Check in after 12 p.m. is a pain as a concierge some distance away (needs taxi) holds the after hours access key. Everything you need will be there. The apartment exterior is shabby, but don't judge a book by it's cover, the interior is clean and pleasing for what you pay to stay here.

This is an apartment, not a hotel. So, know what you are renting. Mine was a block from Independence square, a fabulous location with which to begin your viewing of this storied city.
