Simple hotel, good breakfast.

After 1300hrs on a Sunday, check-in is bua a machine in a lobby off the car park, I met staff who were on their wst out and they were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean but basic. The price paid seems fair. Breakfast is an additional €14.90, the selection was very good and food quality is excellent.

Hotel is nice with helpful staff. Parking is available but a bit tight. Pirmasens has pretty limited dining options, but most services are available.

Exceptional staff that is kept busy throughout the week. Property is centrally located and easily accessible at all times of the day. The night desk manager was always on top of things. Breakfast buffett and facility cleanliness top notch.

Booked room for 3, and was given a two bedroom suite, which was excellent. Breakfast good - but not free as advertised ! Only issue was the reception. It was supposed to be open until 8pm, but had shut when we arrived at 7.30pm. So couldn't get a drink to relax. We obtained room keys from a key-safe

Location, Location, Location. Pirmasens is a hidden jewel mixing new and old Germany. A lively town that seems to have ongoing summer festivities every day, not just on weekends. The hotel is with a short walk of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The only drawbacks were the lack of A/C (record breaking heat wave during my stay) and a tended bar (would have been great to go downstairs for a cold draft beer on those hot nights. The staff are attentive and the facilities are well maintained. Get ready for Euro size parking. I will choose this hotel again.

Overall service was great and premises were very clean. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We were not satisfied with the first room because it was small and we had a lot of baggage. We upgraded to a business class room for $11 and we were very satisfied with the space in the room. Our overall stay was excellent.

only disappointment is that as a single traveller you get given a double room but only a single duvet and one pillow rather than a double duvet and multiple pillows as the bed should have.
