The upkeep of the room is not good. Cracked and chipped tiles. Grout missing in bathroom. Not so clean. It did have warm water. What was most upsetting, I was told at check in, it came with breakfast. Then, they charged me equivalent to $9 US dollars. It is close to the airport. Nice pool. Spa not open because no staff but I walked down the street. Not the cheerfulness I am used to in Hawaii.

Really not happy. Restaurant gave me stale rice. Tried to fix it by making dish again and just mixed more stale rice with good rice. Absolutely disgusting, thats how you give guests food poisoning. You kindly didnt charge me for the meal because you knew what your restaurant staff were doing!

The hotel is beautifully decorated. We had a very big comfortable bed with lots of pillows. There was one chair in the room with a long desk. We ordered room service (which was very fast), and they provided us with a second chair. I travel with medication that needs to be refrigerated and ice packs that need to be frozen. The room had a small fridge (all we needed) and a small freezer compartnent, perfect for my ice packs. Lastly, they were very helpful with our luggage to and from the room to the shuttle.

We used this hotel for about five hours prior to our late night departure back to Australia. It's nothing flash, but it is more than fit for purpose, for what we needed. Certainly more than fine for a late night arrival or departure hotel for one night. They do offer a convenient on the hour shuttle service to and from the hotel.

Stay just to wait for my flight. Room is very basic, but there are a nice restaurant and massage/spa in the hotel. The location is very close to airport and they provide transport to and from the airport, international and domestic terminal every hour, this is a very helpful for traveler. They also allow to stay for 7 hours, but need to book direct.

A high quality hotel, conveniently close to the Airport (if you can handle being pestered by the taxi touts), with some good food options nearby. Rooms a clean and there are drinking water dispensers in the stairwells
