A good-quality semi-detached apartment on three floors. Quiet location at the end of Tonttutie. Tahko's services are within walking distance. Together, the apartments are well suited as a vacation spot for several families. The code of the neighboring apartment is 16284.
Wooden apartment from 2006, on the middle floor a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an entrance hall, a separate toilet and a terrace. Upstairs, a hall and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Downstairs is a laundry room, a fireplace room with a sofa bed for 2, a utility room, a sauna (electric stove) and a terrace. Air source heat pump, which also has cooling.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
65 km northeast of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 1.4 km, common child-friendly beach 1.4 km in Tahkonlahti, no own boat. The closest ski track is made on ice and track is maintained when conditions permit. Slopes and restaurants 1.4 km, shared Tahkonlahti beach 1.4 km, Tahko Spa 1.7 km, Tahko Golf 2.2 km, Nilsiä 13 km, Kuopio 65 km, Matkus shopping center 70 km. Pets allowed for an additional fee.
