Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!

Located in Devikolam, Sterling Munnar is in the mountains, within a 15-minute drive of Lockhart Gap Viewpoint and Tea Gardens.
Room had no hand towel or mat at bathroom. Room floor wasn’t clean and tiles broken.
