Gute Lage aber fehlende Ausstattung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, jedoch ist die Ausstattung überholungsbedürftig!z.B. Weingläser fehlen, Besteck ,allg. Sauberkeit z.B. (Kaffeemaschine, Toster ) unzureichend. Es sollte eine Überholung der Ausstattung erfolgen.
