The cleanliness of the rooms are not up to our satisfaction, furniture is very old, torn up, bath rooms fittings needs to be replaced, especially wash basin which has no wasting plug and cracked. Have informed the management but they could not fix it. We stayed 25days, cleaning takes place once a week. Good location.

The suites location is in the central of KL which make it easy access to where we want to go. And its good for a short term stay as well. The only blocking point is that since that area is tourist area the road jem is crazy.

Friendly people, lovely view & pool. Great position but the apartment we stayed in was neglected. Laundry roof leaked and floor was awash. Dangerous to use. One shower repeatedly flooded.

Amazing location, walking distance to KLCC. Great service and fast replies to emails. Building had great security, pool has amazing view. Will definitely stay again.

ちい子供連れにはオススメしない

部屋自体は普通だったが、ホテルスタッフの質が悪い。部屋の電気代を払っておらず、突然電気が使えなくなるトラブルがあったのに、俺たちは悪くないの一点張り。こちらは当日の予定をキャンセルする訳にもいかないので、外出中にどうにかしとけ、と要求した際に、対応完了したら連絡すると言いながら、何も連絡寄越さず。6時間後にこちらから連絡したら、代わりの部屋を用意する旨の説明あり。部屋に戻る前に別部屋のキーを貰う為連絡したら、スタッフ間のやり取りがされておらず、何の事だ？俺は聞いてない。今夕食で外に出てるから一時間後に戻る等のやり取りをする羽目に。最速で戻るよう伝えて、その間元の部屋に居ようと部屋に戻ったらドアの暗証番号が変わってて入れない。これらのトラブルがあっても、スタッフからは一言も謝罪なし。 アパートメントタイプなので、ホテルのように至れり尽くせりではないのは当然だが、あまりにお粗末。スタッフもアジア系、欧米系の若者がアルバイト感覚でやっており教育などはされていないと感じた。 マレー系の英語に問題なく、トラブル対応も根気よく自分で出来る人なら問題ないかも知れない。

위치와 가격만 좋습니다.

로비는 멋진데 아파트는 오래되보이더군요. 위치빼고는 그냥그랬습니다. 샤워기 손잡이 하나가 빠졌고 벽장 손잡이도 불안했고 조리도구는 라면먹을정도입니다. 전체적인 개선이 필요해보입니다. 가격이 저렴한 만큼입니다.
