The space

A fully-furnished, 24 hours security apartment with 3 rooms. All rooms come with split air-conditioning units. The kitchen is well equipped so guests could have their breakfast, lunch or dinner anytime at home! There is also a washing machine in the backyard for guests who want to do their laundry.

This home is professionally managed by Straqta Property Services. Our team of hospitality professionals will ensure that your stay will be highly enjoyable.

Guest access

Donutes, KK-Mart, MyNews , and a variety of eateries (fantastic Indian food) is located just below the apartment.

If you wish to head to the city center, your best option is Grab (plenty of drivers available 24/7):
- 15 minutes to Mont Kiara / Publika
- 20 minutes to Mid Valley Megamall
- 20 minutes to KLCC.
- 20 minutes to Pavilion Shopping Center

Our team is always a call away. We will give you the privacy you desire, but just buzz us anytime if you require any assistance. We re more than happy to share our local insider tips; from cool eateries to places to see and shops to check out.

Other things to note

- A replacement fee of RM 100 will be charged for missing keys/access cards.
- Please take off your shoes prior to entering the house.
- Excessive cleaning fee will charged necessarily (cigarette smell, stubborn stains etc).
- Check In Time: 3pm - 8pm (RM 60.00 will be charge for late check-in)
