Pire expérience avec expedia: ils ont vendu le service puis ont passé la main à vrbo. Nous n'avons jamais eu accès à l'appartement et les coordonnées fournis pour rejoindre matahari suites étaient inexactes! Après de multiples appels autant chez expedia que chez vrbo, ceux-ci concluent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c'est moi qui doit contacter le propriétaire de l,immeuble en Malaisie pour remboursement!!! Bref, aucun recours. J'ai donc perdu 600$ cad dans l'histoire et eux s'en foutent! Comprenez que je ne ferez plus jamais affaire avec Expedia et encore moins Vrbo!!
