Hotel okay but...

I was stay 5days for business trip. Hotel condition is okay. But location nearby is dirty. Staff friendly but not make up room daily even though I put make up room sign at door. Staff not aware on that signage. Tq

I was very happy with this hotel.

I had absolutely no complaints about this property. Check-in was smooth, staff friendly and accommodating. Other guests have already noted that the hotel has no lift (elevator for those who speak American). Staff are there to help with the baggage. Rooms are very small of course. Clean and neat Toilets were also spotless. Local area is not that great, but there are free bus services that take you into the city centre.

I book for standard room but i get a superior room without any extra charge. The services from their staff is good. Unfortunately,TV channel in the room is not good. The picture is not clear. But, everything is good..

Accueil irréprochable et chambres neuves

Séjour plus que positif au Ruiz Boutique Hotel. - Personnel vraiment très sympathique et attentionné. - L'hôtel a été récemment refait, il est propre et les chambres très bien aménagées (digne d'un hôtel haut de gamme). J'ai séjourné dans une chambre single (seul hic pas de fenêtre mais on y gagne en tranquilité) et la taille de la chambre était vraiment parfaite. - Localisation sympa, un peu éloignée des lieux touristiques, mais dans un quartier populaire, avec pleins de stands de nourriture de rue, et surtout avec LRT et monorail juste à côté donc très facile de se déplacer dans toute la ville. Parfait si vous chercher à fuir les endroits trop touristiques. - Le prix vraiment très très attractif pour la prestation.
