Checkin was smooth, staff was friendly. Lifts under renovation, and much of external facade. Room is basic, Only 2 bath towel, 2 glass, shampoo and shower gel in bath nothing else. Kettle is decent, no cups, coffee provided. Some part of room is run down and moldy. Bedsheets don't have crisp feeling. On the bright side, there are 3 convenience store opens 24hrs daily in the building. There are nearby shopping malls. Transportation is easy to Grab. Price is good, but for the price, can get better units.

There is a musty smell the moment the lift door open at my floor. The music and drumbeats downstairs only stopped after 1030.
