First of all we've been waiting an hour just to get the key and end up the room card cant access. Arrange change to another room at another floor but rooms are not clean. Strong odor left from previous tenant and the bedsheet are not well organise. Call and message for help but didn't reply and no responses at all. Hairdryer and toilet roll not provided as stated. Next day only reply out of stock when we almost need to check out. Honestly, i wont be back for this owner property as services very bad. After working hours totally nobody reply. Check in after 4pm but already no reply at 5pm !
