Property double booked us. Didn’t get in touch even though contacted via email. Said I should have WhatsApp’d. Had to relocate us to a different apparent building 6km away which was a 1 bedroom, original apartment had 2 bedrooms and still charged us to have it cleaned early to check in.

There was no communication between the owner and I when we arrived. I struggled for hours to get hold of him just to find out he double booked. If I didn’t get hold of him we would have been stranded. He at least got us another place to stay in the city. Nice guy but I would not recommend doing any business with this people. Very incompetent sorry to say
