Fantastic staff

The staff were fantastic, some of the best cusotmer service I have ever received. Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike. Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent. A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay. thank you all for such a great stay.

Brilliant hotel. Really close to the old town and near to the stations. Smart part of town with the park behind too. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are excellent, very impressed. Breakfast great with lots on offer. Will be back I'm sure!

Great Breakfast Buffet and Excellent Swimming Pool

The breakfast buffet was excellent. As was the swimming pool. The bathroom or loo in 319 was on an electric timer, meaning you had to turn the lights back on every thirty-seconds or so; strangest thing I have ever seen in hotel room design. Very off-putting. I guess the bed was fine; I did not give it a thought. Pillows were a bit thin though, come to think of it.
