From the apartment, we can admire the beautiful view of Florianska Street. In order to visit Wawel or take a walk along the Vistula Boulevards, walk takes about 1200-1500m. Thanks to the dynamically operating public transport, you can also go there by tram. The stop is only 300m from the apartment. There are also numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent location. Facility as advertised. However, stayed here for seven days and the wifi didn’t work the whole time of our stay. No effort from manager to remedy this after many texts & conversations with both the manager and VRBO. One shower extremely small… couldn’t turn around in it and the other shower was in a bathtub with no curtain. Also no heat in the apartment. Would not stay here again.

We were stuck outside of the apartment for about an hour. The host did not respond to our many request on how to open the door. A neighbor finally came out and somehow opened the door. For the first 3 days we had to keep the door open when sleeping and leaving the apartment. They finally sent someone who gave us the access code for the door. Very Poor communication! If I don't receive some sort of compensation I will not be using VRBO again. - 3 Days with an OPEN DOOR!!!

This apartment is right in the heart of Old Town. Right next to the Barbican, over a coffee shop, walking distance to everything. Easy walk from the train station.

Wonderful Krakow

The flat was located perfect. You can reach everything in a few minutes. Everything was very clean and cosy. We will come back.

TV DOES NOT WORK

The television did not work. We notified them to fix it, but in five days they did not do it, so we spent the entire stay without being able to watch television. Otherwise everything perfect.
