This is a lovely hotel in a superb location 5 minutes walk from the main square. Everything was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, reception staff helpful and breakfast was nicely prepared tasty food with a good range of hot and cold options. Nothing to criticise!

The room was clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. Our packed breakfast was ready early when we had to leave for an early morning tour. What I like best is the location. It's very close to the Old Town where the Christmas markets are. It's close to a grocery and shopping, too. The TV in our room was not fixed till the day before our departure. I would say that was the only fly in the ointment. I definitely would stay there again.

Room was spotless and fresh. Everything was kept beautifully. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh water and drinks provided. Beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious with lots of nice seating. Great view from the window and despite being right in the busy part of the old town the room was quiet. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent location. Hotel was decorated well and very clean. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty to choose from. Coffee was good. The only thing that let it down was that the property amenities states that rooms are sound proofed, they are not, you could hear other guests talking in the next room. Overall a good stay.
