To confess I didn’t know about the free breakfast. 🙃 But the flat was very nice. Good value for money too. I was able to do two weeks of washing, then dry everything inside the flat on the drying hooks inside. No oven, but everything else. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Pleasant staff too. Just a shot walk away from the centre and the castle.

The reception is not at the entrance of the building, & no clear indication of where it is. It is in the bar around the corner & should be clearly marked at the enterance of the building. Otherwise location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distace from main square, Wawel castle & Jewish quarter.

Good location. Poor communication from hotel. Advertised available parking was mediocre, it was impossible to communicate with him. The room was very dated and run down. Evidently, the online pictures were taken many years ago. Room and objects needed to be cleaned. Advertised amenities were lacking - TV was broken and covered with a dark plastic, cooking fan was broken, heated Towel rack was broken. Sink plugs were missing. Sinks barely drained. Pillows and mattresses were thin and uncomfortable.

It was a good place for a quick stay. The location is fine and convenient (at night, if the windows open, it could get a bit loud). The place is comfortable, but it needs a thorough cleaning, particularly the shower and the drain. Fine and convenient place overall.

Only one gripe.i didn't see a toaster for toasting bread at breakfast.apart from that i cant complain.my bed was clean and comfortable. The room was ok.and its in a great location ideal for getting around.and very nice pleasant staff

Budget basic needs a good clean

The room was very dusty. Check in was simple enough. The bed was uncomfortable but we were only there for 3 nights. For a cheap base it was okay. 10 minute walk to the old town. Shower was the best bit in the room after a cold day in the rain. The breakfast was continental. Cost 50pln each, £10! I would avoid it. It was not nice at all. Everyrhinf was sat on one table warming up througout the morning, cold meats were warm and the yogurt was warm. Many other local places to try. The Poli bar was nice the atmosphere was great and the guys behind the bar were always cheerful and helpful. This is where you check in. The only extreme annoyance was people screaming and banging on kthers doors at 3:30am! Two nights in a row this happened. Not the accommodation owners fault though. Also be careful on the mat outside the room we both near fell on it as it was really slippery. All in all if youre looking for a budget friendly base for a few nights this is your place. 5 minite walk to the next teain station from the center too.

Disappointment

Walked into a lovely large space, decent kitchen space, nice bathroom. Just needs a good cleaning however. The floor had not been cleaned; hair on bathroom floor and lots of dust in the corners and absolutely filthy walls. The towels could only be described as rags. Empties from the last clients still in the cupboards. Did enjoy the lemon vodka welcome drink!

Easy to find from the old town square, short walking distance. Also right by a tram station, though I didn't use it. There's a convenience store nearby. Good communication as they messaged me saying were unable to provide the breakfast and refunded me when I checked in. Nice size room with en suite, had a fridge and kettle. You can hear people walking by though most places I stay are like this so I always take ear plugs. Great value for money
