Absolute perfection.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple along with a cute kitchenette area and plenty of room to spread out. Everything was extremely clean and seemed new. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions but far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Will def be back soon.

Great apartment in a lovely building situated in a great part of krakow with local cafes and shops. The staff of the building were so welcoming and helpful, as well as the owners of Fragola. Highly recommend.

Apartment is lovely and modern and very secure,with digital locks on the entrance door and your apartment door.It is on the river which is around 10 minuets walk from the main market square.The down side is its not really near restaurants or bars,but everything is accessible 5-10 minuets away.I would stay here again if i was in Krakow.

Good location less than a ten minute walk along the river path you will be rewarded with a great view of the castle. Apartment has everything that you need. Very kind and super helpful security staff. We arrived about 4pm having emailed the apartment owner the day before to let them know our arrival time was 1pm. We were bombarded with emails asking us to book a transfer from the airport and other emails about where we can drop our bags until our apartment is ready which we thought was unusual but later knew the reason for this. We arrived at the apartment at 3.50pm to find a cleaner in the apartment who informed us that she still had to clean the apartment. I spoke to the owner who acknowledged that the receptionist had made a mistake and thought we would be arriving at 10pm. I wasn't happy that the owner informed me that they have 100 apartments to clean on a daily basis when we described our predicament. The cleaner dropped off a bottle of prosecco and chocolates to compensate for our apartment not being ready as we had to leave our bags to allow the cleaners to come back into the apartment. As we had only booked a 1 night stay we could not enjoy the apartment as we had made plans to go out late afternoon and return late evening. Hardly anytime in the apartment and an owner who was more concerned about the number of apartments that need cleaning instead of providing good customer service.
