This was a lovely apartment, definitely recommend staying as within 10 minute walk of centre. Apartment was spacious, comfy beds, clean & looked brand new. However finding the correct building was a faf, the google maps is misleading and the people in the reception weren’t much assistance to prevent confusion as this must happen a fair bit. Reception said they’d change the code so we can drop our bag off early as going to an excursion however they didn’t so had to wait for the lock to accept the usal code at 3pm which caused us to rush to our excursion. The reception where you check in is in the city centre, where you can leave bags until room is ready then the actual apartments are a 8 minute walk away. So was accessible, clean & overall a great apartment, so recommend to stay

The room was very nice and clean. Close to the city centre but just close enough where it wasnt noisey. The complimentary coffee,tea and other things was a nice touch. Would book again when back in krakow and also recommend to everyone

This property is very well located. The apartment is spacious with a modern bathroom and comes included with everything you need. Bedding and towels felt high quality. Instructions for accessing the property could be clearer, the location isn't obvious and the provided code to enter the initial door is very confusing. The apartment is secured with a smart lock and absolutely needs a deadbolt on the inside so guests can secure the door whilst inside for added peace of mind. The smart lock actually ran out of battery during my stay, which resulted in the lock opening during the night. This was very concerning and I resorted to securing the door with a chair from the kitchen. The hosts sent someone the next day to replace the battery.

Grown up bedding

Great apartment. When you book just make sure you know what apartment you are booking because they own a bunch of them all over old town area. We didn't know this but our location (lavender apartment) turned out to be perfect. Pretty much anywhere around old town is awesome. They take good care of the places. Have all their own bedding dishware etc that is really nice. A lot of places like this in Europe have not so great bedding. Fragola has what my wife calls grown up bedding so we slept fantastic. No AC in our unit but they gave us two fans so the place stayed nice and cool even in what they called " a heat wave". I can't imagine having a bad stay no matter which unit you end up in. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment

We stayed for 3 days in Krakow as part of a trip around Poland. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Quiet location overlooking a rear courtyard, but very easy to walk to central attractions.

Nice location and WiFi worked well. We enjoyed that it was just outside of old town and close to the farmer’s market. It meant it was a bit quieter. The proximity to the market meant yummy pastries and fruit for an easy morning breakfast.

Clean & spacious with nice balcony overlooking the park. Good bed linen & shower/towels. No air con but don’t need it as kept blinds closed & there was a large fan that we didn’t use, even though it was >30 degrees. Would recommend. Easy walking to all major attractions

Overall a disappointing stay for the price paid in the Tomasza 3br due to sub par management. Pros: Great location Spacious and relatively modern apartment. 24 hour security Lovely glass walled dining room Cons: One of the showers barely drained at all. After 30 seconds you were standing in a gross pool of water. They were slow to address and I finally gave up and told them don’t bother coming on the last day of our 3 day visit. Dirty floors. Socks/feet were black very quickly. No dishwasher pods or paper towels. When I called they said they would bring pods but they don’t provide a starter roll of paper towels. No air conditioning but I believe they advertise as such so can’t really fault for that but just want people to be aware. Maybe I would have given 4 stars if management addressed these items in a timely manner or if the price was lower but for top tier price standards should be higher.

We had a pleasant stay at the Fragola Poppy apartment. The apartment was an all-in-one space with the bed, sofa bed and kitchen area as one space. There was plenty of space for our 3 adults traveling. The sofa bed was very comfortable according to our daughter. Space was clean, and the apartment was in a good location near many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Would highly recommend.
