When we got to the booking it didn’t exist I have been try to get hold of the host and your company but I couldn’t so please can you sent me the right number to sort this out I want my money back as the lady in in the host that was there said it keeps happening

There is no such apartment, save yourself from being robbed and stranded in Krakow like we did, absolute joke!
