The staff is wonderful but the hotel is outdated and in need of renovations and better amenities. The food is totally uninspired. All of the breads and pastries and many of the food items are storebought and not homemade and of mediocre quality. The hotel is located a little out of the way. There are better options for the same price in Ao Nang.

Our room was lovely and clean with all the products you need in the bathroom including a good razor and cream to go. Also tooth brush and paste. We had a pool view room with balcony on the 3rd floor would probably ask for the top floor to get the late sun 🌞 staff here are amazingly welcoming and always willing to help with anything. Front desk couldnt be more helpful with all our questions and trips out thank you to all the staff there especially the wawas little and large also H and Jenny at reception and all the others we had a great time there.

Rooms dated and tired. Hotel needs a major refurb. The pool area is dirty, crowded and dark. Too many guests, not enough beds. A gazillion children everywhere. Doesn’t feel like Thailand. Was told this was a covid hotel during the pandemic. Checked out early as couldn’t stand it here a second longer.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were super nice. I highly recommend getting a pool access room. The room was perfect, and being able to walk right into the pool felt so luxurious! Great location, can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. It is in bad condition, with very bad smells throughout and the walls are paper thin so it’s very noisy when trying to sleep. The pool is full of kids so if you’re a young couple, this hotel isn’t for you. The rooms need touching up and the wardrobes smell really musty. Breakfast was sooo noisy and messy. I would avoid.

Great Hotel with friendly helpful staff! Nice room with good balcony overlooking swimming pool, two large double beds were very comfy, fridge with complimentary water, air con, bathroom full of amenities. Excellent breakfast with more than enough options, especially loved the omelettes and roti specials! Nice swimming pool, clean with swim-up Bar. Good location, plenty within walking distance or cheap transport options avaliable.

Biggest asset of this hotel are the staff, they were fantastic, so happy and helpful. Hotel and rooms was very clean and well presented, bed was comfortable and air con not too noisy. Hotel is in a nice area with plenty of restaurants around and a short walk to the Main Street and pool. Happy hour cocktails were the best I had in any venue around Ao Nang

Great Hotel

Fantastic stay. The friendliest of staff. Fantastic direct pool access room. Very clean and comfortable. My only negative point for me was no poached eggs at breakfast and no bacon.
