Great Place / Great Value

Got room for about $25 per day. Stayed 4 nights. Great value. Great location - at the end of Ao Nang Beach. I recommend staying here. But don't get a room near the busy street - it is noisy. My room was in bldg 3 and was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here in a family room. It was great being able to tuck the little one away in a separate area with a door and stay up for a few hours without worrying about disturbing her. The room was a little dated but it was clean and had everything we needed, so it was perfect for our little family. We were in building 3 and had a small balcony that looked out on the rain forest. We loved watching the squirrels, butterflies and even monkeys going about their business. The pool was a reasonable size with a partitioned childrens pool but could use a little shade for those of us with a vampire like complexion. Also it would be nice if it were open at least until 9pm, rather than closing at 7pm. No after dinner swims. Breakfast was ample with plenty of options for the meat eaters (it is a pork free hotel if that is of interest to those reading this). There was an egg station for omelettes etc. Some options for vegetarians and enough for vegans to get by on (bread, condiments, fruit and beverages) We had a late flight and the hotel has a luggage storage facility which we used. They also allowed is to use pool area, restaurant and showers etc after check out. The travel desk lady was very friendly and the cost of transport organised through her was comparable to that which could be organised externally. Slightly pricier but clearly more convenient. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple hotel with all you need.

This property is located directly across from a very loud nightly karaoke bar that rolls til 2am. Rooms are not soundproof! Staff was not interactive or friendly. Sheets were stained. Water never hot and no water pressure. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Hardest bed you will ever sleep on. More like sleeping on a concrete floor. Bathroom was very outdated. Ok for a quick 1 night stay. Good location to the beach.

Great cental location. Room good size, bed very comfortable. Faculities pretty basic, but staff very helpful. Beware the laundry facilitues .... whilst it came back clean they had been dried in a very hot drier, some serious wrinkles on some and sheinkage on others

The food in the hotel (by the pool) was very tasty, had a couple different dishes and devoured both. Me and my sister spent the majority of our time cooped up in our room and we're upset by the wifi wasn't always at high speed, but there was a notice that said it wasn't always good. Our room was in Building 1 and right in the corner where we could look at the water and the bay and see the sunset. That was very beautiful. :)

This hotel was wonderful. To start with, they upgraded us to a bigger room upon arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us carry our bags to our room. The location was ideal - only a 4 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants and local vendors. The room was comfortable and included many amenities. Definitely a great budget friendly hotel!

Below expectation

Receptionist unable to converse in simple english, had to relies on reading materials to understand. Disinterested and not helpful in answering enquries. Unprofessional. Room was mouldy and smell musty. The room was at located far end of the building. Breakfast options are limited and almost same throughout the 4 days stay. Inconsistent water temperature for shower. If the rooms were not paid in full, I would have look for better options nearby.

Won’t stay here again.

Mold in the bathroom, smelled funny, a/c wasn’t very strong, paper thin walls, I had a common area by me and it was very loud whoever was there. Echoes very bad. Lots of stairs no elevator.

Good hotel, great location in Ao Nang.

I really enjoyed this hotel's location. Staff were trying hard to please and I appreciated their efforts. The hotel itself is a bit dated and tired but the value for our dollar was really good!
