I always stay in this hotel if I go for several days. It is very convenient, everything is close to go to dinner, if you want to go to a bar you have many options at the back of the hotel and if you want to go shopping too many options around.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Tsim sha Tsui. Convenient to the MTR 5 min walk and great shopping & restaurants nearby. Also the Kowloon park is 5 min walk away. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and nice to have a fridge and kettle. Most of all this hotel has fabulous, friendly staff- Tony, Tommy, Cary, Michael and Terrance especially made me feel welcome and at home!

We had reserved two nights on a row during the storm period. We missed one night due to unable to return from VN. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room and to provide free breakfast. The attitude of the staff was so friendly and politely to explain everything and to offer the above.

Rooms at the luxe manor were large for HK standards. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. Great water pressure and clean rooms. Location wise, it’s well placed in a central location, just a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, and other buses plying the main Nathan Road. Bus A21 direct to the airport is conveniently located across the road. There is also a supermarket just 3 mins away, and a superb cha chaan teng just 50 metres down the road. Shout out to Elton who provided excellent service and was empathetic when we had to make last minute arrangements due to Typhoon Ragasa. He helped us to extend our stay at a reasonable rate, and subsequently helped to cancel when we got a last minute flight out before the Typhoon arrived - all with ease and patience. It’s times like these that travellers feel safe and in good hands when faced with sudden chaotic situations. We would definitely stay at the Luxe Manor again!

Excellent outstanding service with associates able to speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin to service travellers. Caring, attentive, prompt to any request. Design good idea, however not traveller friendly. Design more for a personal residence. Needs more hooks in bathroom, maybe at entrance! Bathroom needs a safety bar, not the nice round design glass with protruding glass plate which is useless to hold anything. Accomodations set up must be more user accessible for elderly, or special needs people who may visit. Location and accessibility to many options great. Information available on how to use the public transit system would be helpful. No more tourist information available at all, I guess because everything can be searched online.

Wonderful professional service, very friendly smile. We love to stay here because of the excellent service. Especially Chris Yeung and Cary, they are very professional and very friendly, and so does other staff but I can't remember all the names. All the staff are very friendly and professional and always wear a smiling faces. We have a wonderful experience to stay in The Luxe Manor hotel.
