A superb and spacious 5-bedroom Superior villa, typical of the high standards that we have come to expect of the properties in the Holiday Residences, with breath-taking views over the ravine leading down to the sparkling sea beyond.



It is among the few which are within reasonable walking distance of the Village Square, where you will find a wonderful selection of shops, bars and restaurants, a children's club and play area, and of course the golf clubhouse, tennis academy and spa.



One enters the Villa into a large open plan lounge, with dining area and kitchen to the right. The lounge is comfortably furnished and features a flat-screen TV for the guests' enjoyment. The dining area boasts a large dining table whilst the kitchen with an island centrepiece offers a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob and a large fridge freezer. To the left of the main entrance, there is a guest’s WC for convenience.



Floor to ceiling patio doors open out to the extensive terrace space, where a comfy lounge area awaits, as well as shaded dining area, equipped with built in gas BBQ for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings.



Off the lounge area, stairs lead to the lower level of this property, there the first of two bedrooms are located. To the left a double bedroom room, and to the right the twin-bedded room with a shared ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms feature wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and A/C. The twin bedroom offers direct access through its patio doors to the landscaped garden and pool area with astonishing panoramic views. Conveniently positioned under the stairs is the laundry space with washing machine and tumble dryer.



A short flight of stairs from the entrance level leads to the mezzanine level where they are two double bedrooms each side of the landing, both featuring ensuite bathrooms with shower and one with its own private balcony and splendid sea views and pool area below. This balcony also offers direct access to the pool area.



A further short flight of stairs and offers a lounge/ office space with sea and pool views, with it’s own adjoining ensuite bathroom shower. For added convenience there is a walk-in wardrobe on this level. Finally, just a few more steps to the upper level is the last of the five bedrooms. This master bedroom boasts with it’s floor to ceiling patio front offers majestic views. Upon entering the spacious feel is apparent. This room features luxury king size bed, a dressing table, a mirror, large wardrobe and own lounge space with sofa.



The 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool has walk-in steps and is surrounded by multi-level terraces and luscious gardens offering ample room for sunbathing. A short walk to the lower garden level there is a perfectly positioned gazebo facing the ravine seawards, the idyllic place to enjoy sundowners or just relax and take in the view.
