Terrible experience – avoid this hotel I had a very disappointing stay at Aspendos Hotel. The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty, with broken furniture, malfunctioning lights, and a strong smell of dampness. The kitchen was barely equipped – missing basic utensils like plates and cutlery. Worst of all, the window didn’t close properly, so I couldn’t sleep due to constant noise from the pool area. I raised these issues with the hotel staff and manager multiple times, but they refused to help. They told me all rooms are the same unless I pay extra. I also contacted Expedia, and although they tried to reach the hotel, the management didn’t cooperate. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave the hotel early.

Very loud neighbor till 1:30 am, at 5am a big kakerlake fell to our bed. So didnt sleep much there. Towels hat stains and there was a loose socket in the bathroom. Please avoid.

My stay at Aspendos Suites was lovely and pleasant. I enjoyed it very much! The location is great: close to the seaside and restaurants. The rooms are equipped well and have a nice decor. My visit to Aspendos Suites was particularly cozy&happy due to a cat who became my roommate from the day one. By the way, I called her Gabriel :) Guys at the reception are very helpful and friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for an accommodation in Konyaltı. I am definitely gonna come back here again!

Good accommodation

Great apartment hotel very close to the beach bars and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean but a little bit small, it didn't bother us as the beach is near, the loungers and umbrellas on the beach are only 50 lira for 2 people. I will stay here again for sure

A good value Apartment in a great location.

The location was great, close to beach, close to nightlife without being noisy. Frequent buses into Antalya City from nearby bus stop. Antalya is also walkable if you are a keen walker. Aspendos was just what we were after and the top apartment (303) gets the sun all day which we loved. The staff are great and the only let down for us was the furniture on the balcony, which was not fit for purpose (unsafe to sit on) and needs replacing. We had to move the furniture from inside the apartment onto the balcony on a daily basis, which was not ideal. Could also have done with a few more esential kitchen items, for example a toaster and a corkscrew. The bed was first class, big and very comfortable.

Good for the price you pay. COMFORTABLE BED!

Great place , not to big but just right size apartment for a couple. Bed is very comfortable nice 32in tv . The low ground apartment is good because it was stairs directly to the pool. Pool is not to big and its only about 1.5m deep but gets alot of sun shine for the perfect tan. Location is perfect has its around 8mins walk to the beach and plenty restaurants around it. I would have to say the only bad thing was the curtains! They very light and thin so around 5am alot of lights gets inside the apartments. Maybe need to consider changing to blackout curtains so people that like to sleep more can sleep comfortable without the sun light. Also kitchen appliances need to be clean properly has i found mould in cheese grater and microwave was very dirty inside on the top. This place can be very good if its properly maintained and upgraded once in a while. Door handles very old and rusty. Shower heads need to be changed.

For long stays

Do not pick this one if you wish to stay maximum a week. No staff around. We called and told we would be arriving 12 midnight. We arrived 12:20 AM of course we paid both days but the staff was clearly upset she said they are gone by midnight and she had to wait for us! There are no staff available at all at nights, their tiny miniature pool is closed by 11 PM. No room service and cleaning was provided regardless our request for 3 days. this is a short rental apartments; not a hotel. Expedia should have known about this. Most residents are russian dancers that stay for the season. It is OK if you want to stay a few weeks.

Would stay again.

Booked this hotel for a long term stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. The 1 bedroom apartment had all the amenities. Brand new, clean, nicely decorated at a very reasonable price. Konyaalti area is really nice. There're shops, park, beach, taxi stand, atms just outside the hotel. It's about 10 min drive to old town. Hotel has a little outside pool. Kids slept on the big sofa. Hotel is located on a quiet street but because of the mesh air shafts in the living room and bathroom you can hear every noise from the neighboring apartment. It didn't bother us but might be a problem if noisy neighbours/guests. TV had lots of kiddie channels, but none in English. Free WIFI worked best in hallway/bedroom. Floor is tiled everywhere so have to be careful. Kids managed to smash a glass cup and Ipad's screen. Rooms get cleaned every 4 days but you need to remind them. Nearby Sahil taxis do a really good deal on private sightseeing tours. Can't advise it enough. Also if your taxi driver is friendly give him money to buy you the entry tickets to attractions because in Turkey entry prices are in local currency for locals and USD for foreigners. So if the cashier charges a local 30 liras for an entry ticket, it would be 30 USD for a foreigner. So about 4 times the difference. And signs are usually in English for foreigners. And you need someone to ask them in turkish with turkish appearance or you get challenged for a turkish ID :) So our driver saved us a fortune and we tipped him nicely. Win win
