I had the best holiday thanks to Rixos Downtown. The room was clean, hotel has a lovely ambience, food was great, staff were friendly and always ready to serve and assist. I would sure be returning

Room was clean but bed like a rock very hard and uncomfortable, my son and I did not have a restful sleep only painful backs. Food limited mostly vegetables although good if you want to slim down, not good for a fussy eater, not much snacks before meals.
