Welcome to this bright, spacious vacation apartment for up to 8 people.

Beschwerde

Haben noch nie so einen Aufenthalt erlebt. Ankunft ohne direkten Ansprechpartner.Partnerin nur am Telefon, englische Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Nach Öffnen des Tores durch den "Besitzer" mit Hund wurden wir eingelassen. Es war nirgendwo ersichtlich, daß sich der Besitzer nebst Frau und Hund auf dem Gelände befindet und dauerhaft wohnt. Sonst hätten wir dieses sehr teure Objekt nicht gebucht. Sauberkeit vorhanden. Jedoch kein Besen, kein Staubsauger zum Reinigen da. Waschmaschine nur gegen Aufpreis . Wurde von uns nicht benutzt. Haben in all unseren Aufenthalten in Kroatien immer ein Begrüßungsgeschenk (zB. landestypische Wurst , Käse und dergleichen vorgefunden). Besitzer war zwar dezent im Hintergrund, aber der kleine Hund, der am Gelände war, hat überall seine "Markierungen hinterlassen". Haus sauber. Es hat uns nur sehr überrascht, daß nirgends die Anwesenheit des Besitzers samt Hund beschrieben war. Wir haben Sie am 4. Tag des Aufenthaltes bereits angeschrieben und bis heute noch kein Statement erhalten. Für diesen Preis sehr schwache Vorstellung Ihres Unternehmens. Haben schon öfter bei Ihnen gebucht, aber so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Wir wussten außerdem nicht, daß hinter dem bei Novasol gebuchten Objekt FEWO direkt steht. Warten auf Antwort.
