溫店外觀雖然舊，但服務非常好。職員詳細說明酒店各設施及早晚餐、溫泉等安排。房內有提供甜點供入住時下午享用。晚餐是懷石料理，質素都不錯，額外點的酒水價格合理。酒店內的商店都有足夠的紀念品及土產的選擇。早餐時份，職員會留意各人的座位，而調整窗簾以防住客被陽光直射。酒店亦有提供往返火車站的穿梭巴士，只不過提供服務時間與火車時間差了少少，由火車站到酒店時，需要等多於半小時。相反由酒店到火車站則只有約2分鐘時間，幸好我與職員溝通後，當住客上齊車後立即開出，結果我有足夠時間買車飛及前往月台。

ファミリーキャビンを利用しました。小さい子供がいても周りに気を使わなくていいので気楽に過ごせました。スタッフの方々は親切な対応で気持ちよく滞在できました。

Ihana kylpylähotelli

Yövyimme erillisessä rakennuksessa joka vasta valmistunut, ihana pieni talo omalla puutarhalla ja jopa saunalla. Erillinen makuuhuone, oleskeluhuone ja pieni keittiö. Kylpyhuone ja wc:t hienot. Päärakennuksen pieni onsen-kylpylä oli myös erittäin hyvä, erityisesti ulkoallas. Perinteinen japanilainen aamupala oli maistuva. Vuokra-autolla liikkeellä, auto lienee välttämätön. Ihana löytö, tulemme varmasti uudestaan.

コスパが良い宿

国民宿舎タイプの宿泊施設で、建物自体は古い感じがところどころに伺えるが、お風呂の蛇口を除いて快適に維持されている。利用した4人用の和室も快適なもの。食堂で供される朝食は、小鉢が多く満足できた。部屋、温泉、食堂からの浅間山の眺望は素晴らしい。場所は、小諸駅から川を挟んだ反対側という場所は眺望が良い分、車利用なら問題ないが、駅からの歩きは厳しいかもしれない。小諸周辺に滞在する場合、また利用したい。

施設の古さは否めませんが清潔に保たれており、スタッフの対応も親切丁寧で、とても好感が持てました。自然の中なので、周辺にはコンビニ等何もありませんが、その分静かで眺望も素晴らしいです。温泉にも何度も浸かり、のんびり過ごさていただきました。次回は是非、夕食付きプランでお世話になりたいと思います。
