Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible experience. My bathroom commode was clogged when I reached my room. I had to call house keeping to get it cleaned but it was dysfunctional and the waste kept coming back every one hour. I kept asking them to change my room but they took no actions for 3 days of my stay and I had to live in that horrible experience. The shower was broken, rooms were smelling like rotten egg.
