Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Firstly they didn't want to recognize the booking. Somehow I had convince. Room was extremely dirty, unclean bed and bathroom. electrical fault. etc though the behavior of staff was good. but they were helpless.
