goed gelegen verblijf in mooie buurt

het is een mooie en zeer goed gelegen woning die aan renovatie toe is. De muren verdienen een nieuw verflaagje en de hygiene liet te wensen over.Stofnetten aan het plafond en muren.Haren van vorige verblijvers in slaapkamer. De zwarte kasten in de keuken verstoonden vingerafdrukken van de vorige verblijvers en verschillende schuiven waren ook niet proper. Doodgeklopte muggen plakten nog aan de muur en plafond.Jammer want dit huis heeft echt wel heel veel troeven maar voor het geld verwachten wij dat alles tip top in orde zou zijn.
