Modern Apartment with stunning beach views

Our top floor renovated apartment on the Zeedijk at Koksijde/Coxyde offers stunning views of the beach and the dunes. This is a light and airy apartment with full-length windows in the front and back. Its located in Koksijde-Bad, between Sint-Idesbald and Oostduinkerke. As a home away from home, it has been equipped to enjoy a comfortable stay always. For example, our fabulous robot vacuum cleaner! Its a godsend when the kids and we come back from the beach and mess up the place....

It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets & 1 bathroom, sleeping up to 6 people. The living room is spacious and has a dining table which seats 6. The modern open plan kitchen has a built-in combi oven-microwave, induction stove, dishwasher & combi washing machine-dryer. No built-in coffee machine as we are not coffee drinkers, but we have compensated with a Senseo machine for you coffee lovers out there.

There is enough closet space even if you want to spend a month! We probably went a bit a bit overboard but we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

There are 2 bicycles available for guests to use(1 ladies and 1 gents)!

NOTE: Cleaning is included by default in the price. So, no need to clean the apartment at check out. Just enjoy your vacation and leave without a worry :D

NOTE 2: We recommend that you bring your own Towels & Bed linen. Alternatively, If you would like us to provide the Bed Linen, Towels and Kitchen Towels, then let us know and we can send you an updated offer with 90€ extra for the cost of the linen & towels included.

NOTE 3: Although we usually have a minimum of 2 nights(Friday night & Saturday night usually ), we have set a minimum of 7 nights(Friday to Friday) during the Belgian school holidays(Krokus, Easter, Summer, Autumn & Christmas) due to the cleaning companies we use who have too much work during the high season and prefer that we choose 1 weekday per week and we chose Friday. So, Friday to Friday it is! For example during Easter in April from 5th April to 19th April, we only accept Friday to Friday bookings. Same for summer from 18th June to August 30th. In case not clear, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you!

We live a bit away and to ease the handling of keys, etc, we have a smart lock on the apartment door and a key safe for the building door downstairs. The guests are assumed to have a smartphone which is either Apple iOS or Android based so that they can operate the smart lock. Unfortunately, the smart lock does not support Windows phones yet :(

The residence has a lift/elevator and a bicycle storage room. The apartment is on the 6th floor, which is the top floor. There are sufficient parking spaces around which cost 5€ per day. There is also free parking which is a couple of hundred meters away on the big street(Koninklijke baan)

There is always life around with plenty to offer kids & adults alike. From the go-carting, trampoline, bouncing castles on the beach dike to the Navigo Fishery Museum or shopping in Nieuwpoort, there is always something new to be discovered. The famous coastal tram stop is just around the corner(Koksijde Lejeunelaan)

What a wonderful apartment- incredible view.

The location of this apartment really adds to the enjoyment of any vacation it is literally on the Strand a large sidewalk for biking and pedestrians that is right on the sand. The view from the six floor is encompassed by the horizon and the beautiful beaches of this area. Because it’s right on the strand it’s easy to get to the local shops, grocery stores and other facilities such as bike rental. We enjoyed a tiki bar called the aloha which is very close to the apartment and it’s right in the sand on the beach very fun. The apartment has comfortable furniture, comfortable bed plenty a room and a very modern complete kitchen. We really enjoyed staying at this apartment.

Great view, nice appartment

Cannot have a better view than that ! Appartment very nice even though some furniture are worn out (sofas). Great kitchen and appliances (need to clean the coffee machine and most of the dishes).Good for 2 people (not sure there is enough for a full house) Great communication with Isabelle and explanations very precise and accurate (except for the garbage that you cannot leave in the cave any longer; but the garbage are just a few steps outside) we will definitly return Thank you again for your kindness and nice appartement Laurence et Madeleine

Great location with amazing view

We did not used the TV at the evening, we only watched the sundowner😎👌 Nice kitchen with plenty of appliances. Comfortable seating area. We had a narrow elevator to the 6th floor, which was very comfortable for all of us. It’s great when the beach is in front of the door some footsteps away.

Traumhaft

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Der Check-In ist super simple. Man kann die Wohnungstür ganz einfach über eine App schließen und öffnen. Es gab mal einen kurzen Scheckmoment um 22 Uhr, da schaltet die Schließanlage auf den Nachmodus😄 Sauber und gemütlich. Der Ausblick ist einfach genial. Man kann von der Couch aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Draußen auf den Dünen kann man sogar den Sonnenaufgang sich anschauen. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Haustür und ist sehr sauber. Wenn es richtig richtig warm ist kann es am Wochenende etwas dauern einen guten Parkplatz zu bekommen, aber ansonsten geht das eigentlich immer. In der Nähe gibt es alles mögliche an Restaurants und Läden. Es wird dort überwiegend französisch und niederländisch gesprochen aber englisch klappt auch fast überall. Die Gegend ist auch sehr ruhig. Man möchte eigentlich garnicht mehr weg. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für alle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Traumhafter Ausblick

Traumhafter Ausblick, super Lage direkt am Strand. Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich, gut eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Check-in / Check-out völlig unkompliziert, sehr netter Kontakt und Austausch mit der Vermieterin. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen!

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien situé, en retrait de l'animation du centre tout en étant peu éloigné des commerces de proximité comme la boulangerie. La vue est grandiose et l'appartement très propre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le robot aspirateur qui avalait les grains de sable. Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs bons conseils. Nous avons été ravis d'aller manger au Cok'side, très accueillants et toute la famille s'est régalée. Au plaisir de revenir très vite😊

Bester Ausblick! Gute Lage.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wahl. Auch wenn die komplette Strandpromenade mit Hochhäusern gepflastert ist, befindet sich dieses Appartement ganz am Ende an den Dünen. Wir hatten Ruhe und die Kinder konnten sich nach Belieben ins Getümmel stürzen. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, die sanitären Anlagen gepflegt und insgesamt hat die Unterkunfu einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Ein kleines Highlight war der Saugroboter, der mühelos Sand und Staub beseitigt hat, während wir unterwegs waren....☺️ Einkaufen kann man in nächster Nähe bei einem Spar, der ganz gut ausgestattet ist. Alles in allem - sehr schön!

Beautiful spot on the beach

Magnificent view whether from sofa, dining table or kitchen, regardless of weather. Spotlessly clean, well-furnished. Extremely nice and helpful owners! We would recommend it to any and all! Hope to be able to go back again sometime….
