Nice, but a little more TLC could go a long way.

Water damage to ceiling and wall by the TV. Vent fan in bathroom was not working, so mold was growing on ceiling of bathroom. Also a cherry was stuck in our sink from a previous guest. Overall everything was nice and comfortable and clean but these details could be something to address for a cleaner, healthier feeling while staying.

Generally a good experience. It seems like the hotel is in the process of being updated. Some areas have new/great finishes and others seem partially updated. Breakfast lacked syrup. (Typically needed for waffles :) )

Just ok

Our stay was just ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and beds were clean. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a balcony which I was excited about but there were no chairs and it faced and old abandoned building. The sink and counters were separate from the rest of the bathroom which left no where to sit things when you took a shower and only one small hook. The toilet flush was so loud that it scared my son. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made it very hot after a shower. The breakfast ended at 9:30 and when we got there at 8, most everything was gone. The waffle batter was pink and runny and didn’t make a good waffle. Instead of individual milks to drink or put on cereal, there were two jugs of milk in the cooler for everyone to handle. The pool areas were nice and my son had fun there but they were on the smaller side and there were so many people at the hotel that we were stuck in one little area. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were great but because of the other things that I noted, we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Breakfast was awesome. The evening "Cookies" was a nice touch and greatly appreciated! The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. The staff was very helpful and Super friendly. The kids loved the splash pad area and the hotel was very clean. Will stay again for sure!! Thank you!

The room faced very bright lights out in the parking lot and a gas station near the hotel. When we checked in, we found the blackout curtains lying on the floor and told the staff and they came up and they couldn’t figure out what to do about it and said they didn’t have any other rooms - so we left.
