We could not get the World Series on TV, even though it was on FOX. The front desk was of no help. Otherwise things were very good.

Facility was clean. Check in was efficient. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. Great overnight stay. Only recommendation I would suggest is having a couple of chairs and a small table to enjoy the balcony more.

The ownership here is wonderful, and the property is a picturesque and well maintained retro fifties inn. We unexpectedly arrived early after a long drive, and were allowed to check in at no additional cost. Getting the sleep we needed was a godsend. This is, and will always be, our "go to" hotel for our annual visits to New England! Five Stars all around.

The front desk lady working Sunday was extremely rude. At 12:30 she was “still checking people out and couldn’t look into early check-in”. So check out is 11 just to be clear. It takes two seconds to look at your screen. Breakfast was typical but coffee and juice were empty while I was there. Drapes did not block outside lights and room was too bright to sleep. Overall felt the whole place was tired and grumpy. Will not return.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. The staff especially the front desk on the day of check out was very rude. Then disappeared for 10 mins. The breakfast was nice but limited. Not everyone can eat pork. Need another choice of protein. The hotel needs a complete update, it is worn and run down.

The breakfast was very nice with lots of options, not just bread items and cereal like most. The gentleman who was the breakfast host was friendly and always making sure things were well stocked. Impressive!

Very nice stay. I would’ve preferred a little lower bed & bars in the shower but I also know I didn’t request an accessible room. Those were my only negatives & it was my fault except for the bed maybe. They were probably all that high. All in all a very nice stay & I would recommend & stay here again.
