Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die Wohnung war sauber und alles Nötige war vorhanden. Einkaufsläden, so wie die Altstadt sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Zugang zur Unterkunft wurde trotzt bestehender Buchung verweigert. Zimmer war bebelgt, es erfolgte keine Ersatzleistung. Hotline hat keine Lösung gefunden. Zimmer war belegt, mit Zugangscode konnte trotzdem die Tür geöffnet werden. Vermieter gab an, keine Buchung zu haben, bzw kein Expedia zu kennen. Es werden rechtliche Schritte zur Kompensation, bzw. Entschädigung geprüft
