We loved it here. The pool was terrific and the beach area was great. Nice little shopping area nearby and several restaurant options just steps away. Staff really nice as well. Primo sunset from here too!

Spacious room with good AC & shower. Great location right on the beach. Food was lacking flavor and vegetarian options. All pools nice direct access from each room… but this meant absolutely NO privacy as balconies were on top of each other so hearing everyone conversation and breathing in everyone’s smoke took away from experience.

Clean room. Pool right beside my patio. Wonderful friendly staff. Although not all spoke English there was always someone around who did. Perfect stay. Great breakfast. Many choices. The staff on the beach would come by and adjust our umbrellas for shade.

Blue Bay seemed like a lovely place to stay but they overbooked their hotel. We planned on staying with them for 4 nights including New Years. We reserved 3 rooms that opened up the pool. We wanted an extra special New Years as a family so we spent more than we usually do. When we arrived they told me I had booked a different hotel. When I showed them my reservation they then said that they had overbooked their hotel and were sending us down the street to a different location. At the other resort we didn't get rooms with a view or near the pool. When we asked they said that we would have to pay them extra for the nicer room as their hotel rooms cost more than Blue Bay. We couldn't even get an extra bed in our room as they wanted us to pay another $25 a night for it. My wife and I ended up sharing 2 twin beds with our son. Overall, I am very disappointed with this place and I would not recommend anyone staying here as you may or may not get your reservation.

The gym was hard to find and had no a/c, dining was limited, had a deck bar that was not open that we saw. Our room was as expected, clean and the private pool access was such a nice treat. The maid service was five star. This property has loads of potential waiting to be met.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend gross. Hier und da sieht man, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber für den Standard in Thailand dennoch sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, dennoch gestaltete sich die Kommunikation teils sehr schwer aufgrund der schlechten Englisch Kentnisse.

Vores forventninger var høje og vi synes ikke de blev indfriet. Vandet i poolen var ikke rent. Om det var alger eller pumpen der ikke kunne følge med, ved jeg ikke. Vi har 2 børn og havde valgt dette hotel grundet dens pools. Udvalget til morgenmaden var ikke så stort som andre hoteller vi havde været på og personalet i restauranten virkede som om de ikke havde lyst til at være der. Værelserne var godt brugte. Men ellers hyggeligt hotel med virkelig god beliggenhed. Vi booker nok ikke det hotel en anden gang

Rent og pænt værelse men 5 stjerner er det ikke. God pool. Fin morgenmad men deres kaffemaskiner er de nød til at gøre noget ved. Lang kaffekø hver morgen pga. konstant fejl på maskiner. Virkelig lækker strand med gratis solsenge og parasoller. Sødt personale.
